FOAM PRODUCTION FULLY AUTOMATED AND FLEXIBLE MOULDING PROCESS The design and development centre is located at our main factory in Sykkylven, where our technical and marketing expertise is based. With our expertise we are building moulds manually, from modeling to the finished mould, but more and more customers choose moulds CNC-milled directly from 3D-drawings. CNC-milling of moulds are produced at our own company, Shape AS. POSSIBILITIES FROM 3D-MODELING TO MILLING OF MOULDS The raw materials are transferred through closed computer-controlled systems. This ensures uniform quality and maximum usage of the raw materials. Considerably flexibility in the production is making it possible to meet most quality requirements The filling of the mould is automated and takes place on different production lines to secure an efficient and flexible production. Through our factories the Sandella-group is the largest independent player within the European market for furniture.
